After doing some research and having other companies come and quote, I was starting to feel discouraged that this project could not be done. Many of the prior men who came to the house to measure said this project was too big because our house was an older home. I ran into issues with the possibility of having to line up multiple workers to come do the different stages of what this project involved. This included one person to order the door, another person to install, and still another to paint or stain. It all left me feeling frazzled and unsure that I could get this done in a way that would look the way I wanted it to look.

I drive past your office multiple times daily and you recently did some work for my mother. You all were my last appointment, last quote, and I was going to give up. I cannot tell you the sense of relief when I met you, Tony. You were friendly, confident, professional, full of knowledge, and so helpful. Once our meeting was over, my husband and I knew immediately your company was the one for us! Your entire staff was easy to work with. Scheduling the installation was a breeze. Lining up Chris to come help me with stain color- easy! He was so helpful with this delicate process. You just don't want to choose the wrong color! Chris was patient and offered excellent advice for me to think about while choosing my stain color. Poor thing had to hold up multiple stain chips against my brick while I took my time to decide- from all areas of my yard!

On installation day, your crew was professional and courteous. They did an excellent job taking out the side lights, building the new frame, and despite some concrete issues on the threshold, made it look like a million bucks! As the process began to wind down, Chris came back twice to touch up. His staining technique is flawless. He even went so far as to match my entry color and repainted the interior wall and trim around the new doors, as well as the exterior. We really feel he went above and beyond- we were very impressed.

Our project is complete and we absolutely could not be happier with the results. Thank you so much for your professionalism, friendly service, and attention to detail. It is so refreshing, in today's world, to have worked with a company that is trustworthy and true to their word.
